This day long course will be an active learning experience for effective grant writing for non-profit funding for the creative arts therapies, mental health services, community service programs, etc. Attendees utilize their own ideas and develop proposals as a method of learning. Leaning will include how to develop a needs assessment, identify and state a problem and develop objectives, methods, budgets, and identify and/or create the essential components of a grant proposal. Methods of locating, contacting, and tracking funding sources, and program evaluation will also be presented.

Instructor: Linda Chapman, MA, ATR-BC – Linda has over 25 years of grant-writing and grant funded program experience. Work experience includes:
